Business Development Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced business development specialist to join our team.

Our dream candidate is a self-starter who is detail-oriented, with the ambition and drive to achieve business goals, while simultaneously maintaining a network  that will eventually make our product shine.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years professional B2B tech sales/BD experience – MUST
  • Native English speaker- Strong verbal and written communication skills – MUST
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment with minimum supervision – MUST
  • Verified ability to be a self-starter, fast executor, and an unparalleled hunger for success
  • Data-driven with experience in using data analysis to do business decisions
  • Comfortable in being ‘on the front lines’ creating new business
  • Technical experience – an advantage
  • Consulting background – an advantage
  • Additional languages – an advantage

How will your day look like?

  • Manage all sales opportunities – Create and execute a multi-faceted prospecting plan through research, cold outreach (calling and email), leveraging personal networks and following up on marketing generated leads.
  • Build up customer base, efficiently qualify leads to build a healthy pipeline, progress and close sales opportunities.
  • Manages the sales critical life cycle to maintain the pipeline plans for long, medium, and short-term sales.
  • Conduct sales-conversations and presentations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms.
  • Special account management, ensuring growth and customer success. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Play an essential part in achieving the company’s business objectives, by directly (and indirectly) driving sales growth, and improving our overall profitability.
